We build communities that encourage healthy and sustainable lifestyles. By focusing on designing smaller, efficient footprints, our homes use far less resources and energy than what is typical. We strategically located windows to maximize cross ventilation, reducing energy consumption and reliance on mechanical systems. Rather than introducing gas, 100% of our structures are fully powered by electricity. To take it a step further, electrical loads were rightsized to accommodate a substantial amount of electric car chargers. The landscape design was intentional – our grading and drainage plan directs rainwater to be captured and reused across all landscaped areas – and through the selection of drought tolerant plans / trees we significantly diminish future water consumption.
